Tracy is a highly experienced teacher with experience as level head and working on the English language syllabus review in MOE’s Curriculum Planning and Development Division. She has Bachelor of Arts (Merit) from Nanyang Technological University majoring in English Language and Literature, and a Diploma in Education for primary and secondary levels from the National Institute of Education .

Secondary 1-3

This course fills in the gaps in the normal school curriculum of listening, reading, speaking and writing with literary techniques, critical thinking and text criticism. 

Secondary 4: o-levels and ip

This course teaches exam orientated skills to support students with their O-level examinations. Students will be developed in core comprehension and composition skills and strategies. They will be exposed to an environment which weighs on listening and speaking skills so as to improve their confidence in the English language.

By learning to analyse texts and responding to them in an informed, cohesive, and personal manner, students will be prepared for the demands of tertiary education and for the real world ahead. Students will learn these essential techniques critical to excelling in the English paper:
